Holly
Ridge
Cemetery

heart
of the
Mississippi
Delta
,
received
the
first
of
many
historical
markers
erected
to
mark
the
Mississippi
Blues
Trail
. The
cemetery
includes
the
grave
of
Charley
Patton
,
who
is
considered
one
of the
earliest
performers
in
Delta
blues
tradition
.
