"Situated in the 9th Civil District of said County, described according to a blue print of survey thereof made and furnished by the District Engineer's Office at Nashville, Tennessee, as follows: Beginning on the Easterly margin of the Dixie Highway at the intersection of the Southerly line of the national Cemetery; running thence with the Easterly margin of said Highway, south 41 degrees 36'. East 908.7 feet to the center of Van Cleve Lane; thence with the center of said lane. North 6 degrees west 675 feet to the Westerly line of the right-of-way of the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railway; thence with the Westerly line of said right-of way, North 35 degrees 22' west 459.9 feet to the Southerly line of the national Cemetery; thence with the Southerly line of said Cemetery, south 48 degrees 30' west 552.7 feet to the beginning, containing 8.2 acres, more or less." |
