Bureau
except
upon
sites
secured
by
deed
to
Trustees
or
some
individual
party
for
school
purposes
for
freedmen
, or for
children
irrespective
of
color
forever
. In any
exception
of this
rule
, the
party
owning
the
building
shall
give
bond
securing
the
above
use
or the
building
shall
be
placed
on
temporary
piles
(or
pieces)
and not
attached
to the
soil
as to
become
part
of the
reality
. By
reference
to the
copy
of the
deed
herewith
returned
it
will be
noticed
that the
building
is
to be
devoted
to
school
purposes
only
so
long
as the
Trustees
will
deem
proper
and
advisable
. These
