jurisdiction
of this
Bureau
may
extend
all
control
over
the
real
property
consisting
of an
Office
Building
located
on the
East
side
of
Church
Street
[illegible
word]
the
Public
Square
,
Murfreesboro
,
Tennessee
and a
tract
of
land
containing
about
two
hundred
and
eighty
(280)
acres
,
laying
about
four
(4)
miles
North
of
Murfreesboro
and
known
as the
Sulpher
Spring
Farm
formerly
owned
by
J
.
R
.
Palmer
and
held
as
abandoned
is
hereby
relinquished
upon
the
condition
that this
order
shall
not be
construed
as
giving
any
claim
upon
the
Government
for
damages
or
rents.
