Civil District of Rutherford County Tennessee, beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Mason, formerly Wilkinson, Pike, and Van Cleve Lane; thence with the center line of Van Cleve Lane, N. 3* 19’ E 1831.6 feet to the southeast corner of a tract owned by Samuel Grisham Estate; thence with the southerly boundary of the Samuel Grisham Estate, S. 89* oo’ W. 1074.7 feet to the northeast corner of a tract owned by Robert & Marienne W. Steelman, S. 2* 40’ W. 1696.8 feet to a point in the center line of said Pike S. 83* 45’ E. 1054.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 43.0 acres, more or less; and being the same property conveyed to G.S. Harding by Hardy B. Selph and wife, Annie G. Selph, as of record in Book 42, page 194, of the Register’s Office for said County." |
