"Beginning in the center of the Dixie Highway, Joe Wade’s (colored) Southeast corner, running thence Northeasterly with his line 200 feet to a cedar tree; Joe Wade’s southeasterly boundary line; thence in a southeasterly direction 105 feet to a stake in the center of the said highway, which stake is 133 feet southeast from the beginning point; thence in a Northwesterly direction, with the center of the said highway, 133 feet to the beginning. The above described parcel of land being a portion of tract No. 2, described in the deed of R. E. Murphy and wife to the undersigned, which deed is recorded in book No. 70, page No 4of the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, to which reference is herebymade and relied upon for a full description and location of the same" |
