"FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Seventy Five Dollars, said sum having been paid to my husband H. H. Kerr, deceased, in full of the purchase money of a parcel of land, sold by him to W. M Waller containing three acres, situate and lying in the 9th district of Rutherford County, Tenn, now therefore in consideration of said sum as paid, which is evidenced by receipts given by the said H. H Kerr and by myself, which are now in the hands of his daughter, Olena [Golena] Anderson, I Elizabeth W Kerr, executrix of the estate of H. H Kerr, deceased have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to Golena Anderson, Elnora Peyton, Leroy Waller, and Porter Waller, the only children and heirs of the said W. M Waller, the original purchasers, who is now dead, all of my right, title and interest in the said three acres of land in said 9th district of Rutherford County, Tennessee which said parcel of land is described and bounded in general terms as follows: On the North by lot of Mt. Olive Baptist Church; South by Public road, East by lane known as the Van Cleve Lane, and West by the Primitive Baptist Church lot." |
