"For and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars paid to the Chattanooga Brewing Company of Chattanooga, Tenn, we have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to WT Henderson and JR Hale of Murfreesboro, Tenn, all of our rights and title and interest in and to a certain lot in the southeast part of the town of Murfreesboro, Tenn, bound as follows: Beginning at a stake, its spot where its lot of land at the east corner touches the land of the Nashville and Chattanooga Railway in the North boundary line of said railway land running then southeast with the line of said RR land, or rather with the right of way of said Railway land 85 feet to a stake, thence north 47 feet with lin" |
