"Beginning at a point in the Northerly boundary of a lane known as Orr lane; thence with the Northerly boundary of Orr Lane, which is also the Southerly boundary of tract owned by Andrew Avent Heirs, North 88 degrees 6’ West 84.5 feet to the Northeast corner of a tact owned by Thaddeus Cowan; thence with the Easterly boundary of Thaddeus Cowan, South 4 degrees 19’ West 260.2 feet to a point in the Northerly boundary of a tract owned by Will and Mary Freeman; thence with the Northerly boundary of Will and Mary Freeman, South 88 degrees 24’ East 84/5 feet onto the Southwest corner of a tract owned by Nannie Bell Black; thence with the Westerly boundary of Nannie Bell Black North 4 degrees 19’ East 259.8 feet to the point o f beginning, contain.5 acres, more or less, and being the same tract conveyed to Thomas Burke, now deceased, Husband of Isabella Burke, by Ed Orr and wife, and H.H. Kerr, as shown in Book 30, page9- of the Register’s Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee." |
