Ransom and R. F. Overall, thence with the said boundary of James A. Ransom and R.F. Overall N. 33 deg. 56’ E. 390.0 feet to a point in the Westerly boundary of the Dixie Highway, thence with the Westerly boundary of said highway N. 41 deg. 36’ W. 241.2 feet to the point of beginning.
