Coopers line, thence running with his line to a stake in the N East corner of land sold A Avent hence with the Avents live south 24 ½ poles to his S. East corner, thence with the north line of a road 89* E. 15 2/15 poles to the beginning containing one 51/160 acres, more or less, to have and to hold, to the said Samuel Grisham, Wm. Hollen and John Clayton and their succession in office forever" |
