"A tract of land in the 9th Civil District of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Waverly boundary of the Dixie Highway and the center line of Van Cleve Lane, then along the center line of said lane, South 6 deg. 31 min. West 901.4 feet to the Northerly boundary of Will Cole's Lane, thence with the Northerly boundary of said Cole Lane North 83 deg. 34 min West 820.8 feel, thence continuing with the boundary of the Cole tract North 41 deg. 36 min West 92.5 feet to a corner of the Harold M. Henderson tract, East 1220.0 feet to the Westerly boundary of the Dixie Highway, thence with the westerly boundary of said highway South 41 deg 36 min East 95.4 feet to the point of beginning containing 11 acres." |
